Design Guidelines Workshops Start January 18!
Design Guidelines Workshops 2019
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) will hold workshops on, January 18th, January 30th, February 6th, and February 13, 2019, to review possible changes to the current Design Guidelines.
- January 18th at 8:30 a.m. in the Sonoran Plaza Palms Room
- January 30th at 8:30 a.m. in the Palm Center Mediterranean Room
- February 6th and February 13th at 8:30 a.m. in the Palm Center Mediterranean Room
All meetings are open to all residents.
If you have a suggestion for a possible change to the Design Guidelines, please complete a “Change to the Design Guidelines Form” located at the bottom of this email. The form is also available online at “Grand Homes” > ”Home Buying & Improvements”, or you may pick up a form at the desk adjacent to the Standards window in the Palm Center.
Please return your completed Form to the Standards Office no later than January 31st to be included in this process. This is the only method available for submitting resident suggestions for changes to the Design Guidelines.
Note these meetings are for committee members to discuss possible changes to the Design Guidelines. Resident comments will be allowed at the discretion of the Chair after Committee Members have concluded their comments on each topic.
