If you are looking for a complete workout program in the fitness center…then you should join us for the next Semi Private Fitness Training Group in May
Next Sessions run April 29, through May 24, 2019
We meet 2x per week for 4 weeks for Semi-Private Training
OR Join… FitClub Training for those that have attended the Semi-Private Training/Personal Training or have experience in the fitness center. Choose to join for 1x or 2x per week.
(Michele can work around your schedule if you aren’t at SCG the entire month)
Programs includes the following:
Cardio Machines, Strength Training, Core, Balance, Interval Training, Travel Exercises,
Sport Specific Exercises, Stretching
All fitness levels welcome!
We have FitClub (choice of 4 sessions or 8 sessions) for those that have experience in the gym (It is a continuation of the Semi-Private Training).
(8 Sessions) or FitClub (Option of 4 or 8 sessions)
4 - 1 hr Sessions = $100 and 8 - 1 hr Sessions = $200
(Sessions are non-refundable but make-ups can be scheduled)
