What We Do

Sun City Grand Community Association Management is overseen by the General Manager with assistance from the Administration. While operating in an HOA community, many components are required to maintain Sun City Grand as a top-quality community. From north to south and east to west, we ensure that your investments are being fully maximized through teamwork and communication with staff and the Board of Directors. We value and appreciate our residents and strive to enhance our connection with the community.

Our operations include: 

  • Oversight of golf course operations, restaurant services, extensive programs, staff, and facilities
  • Constant collaborating with the Board of Directors for various ideas, projects, and items
  • Working with Board Appointed Committees, Committees, and Grand Election Team
  • Enforcement of Covenants, Constraints, and Restrictions (CC&R's)
  • Composing monthly General Manager reports
  • Strengthening communication between Sun City Grand and City of Surprise
