The health of our residents is a top priority at Sun City Grand. Sun City Grand recognizes the pandemic of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and is taking necessary measures to respond to the health safety risks. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we know that older adults and people who have serious chronic medical conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and lung disease, are at a higher risk of getting very sick from this illness. For such reasons, the Sun City Grand Board of Directors and Community Association Management are implementing mitigation precautions to reduce the likelihood of our residents coming in contact with COVID-19.

As we begin the reopening phase of Sun City Grand, we are requiring your submission of our "Sun City Grand COVID-19 Liability Waiver and Acknowledgement and Agreement." This waiver is required to be filled out and submitted, in order to use the amenities offered by Grand during this COVID-19 pandemic. At this time, the opening date for amenities is to be determined; however, we will have your submission of this waiver on file until it is time to reopen amenities. Please take the time to fill out and submit this waiver using the online form located below. Please keep in mind; this is new software, so we ask for your patience and understanding if there are any technical difficulties. You may be asked to complete the waiver upon arrival once again, using the physical copy that will be provided.
