This is a very personalized method of training. The personal trainer works one-on-one with the resident during each fitness session. These sessions could include training in the fitness center, in the pool, in the aerobics room or home sessions.
Your personal training will start with a health evaluation combined with a more personalized goal setting session. Depending upon the information obtained from the evaluation, a fitness program will be designed to meet the specific needs and goals of the resident.
Please call the trainer of your choice directly to inquire about personal training or to set up an appointment for personal training.
|ONE - 1 hour session||$50|
|THREE - 1 hour sessions||$135|
|SIX - 1 hour sessions||$270|
|TEN - 1 hour sessions||$450|
In the event you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with a personal trainer, you must cancel 24 hours in advance of your scheduled personal training session or you will be charged the full amount for that scheduled session.
