What We Do

The Standards Department is your place of contact for everything home-related in Grand! Each stunning home within Sun City Grand, has a cohesive style, maintained by our department, that provides Grand with a unique appearance, suited for our residents’ Grand expectations. We enforce the governing documents set into place for our Grand homes, and we provide information that you may need for visually improving your home. Contact us for all of your home-related desires!

HOURS: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Standards Department Mission Statement

The Standards' mission is to assist Owners through the process of making additions and modifications to the exterior of their Dwelling Unit and Lot (Architectural Review process), and in doing so, ensure that the modifications adhere to the rules and guidelines contained within the governing documents of the community.

The enforcement of the governing documents through proactive and reactive inspections (Compliance) ensures that the overall aspect of Sun City Grand is one of complementary uniformity, distinguishing the community and enhancing the value and desirability of the properties.
