A copy of your lease agreement and drivers license must be provided to Membership to obtain your member card.
Homeowners must provide to the Association, in writing, the names of the renters, the length of the lease, and proof of the age of the proposed occupants. CC&R's, Exhibit C (2) (k)
One Renter occupant must be age 45 or older.
No one under age 19 can occupy the home with the Renter.
Owner may retain their Activity Cards and continue to use the facilities and amenities.
The Leasing of the unit must be for a minimum of 30 days, and have a beginning date and an expiration date.
The use fees (non-refundable) for a maximum of two Renter Cards per home are as follows:
- 1 to 3 month lease = $125 per person
- 4 to 6 month lease = $150 per person
- 7 to 12 month lease = $200 per person
(Additional Renter Cards are available at a cost of 1/2 of the Annual Assessment.)
- Minimum Lease period 30 days
- If Lease is more than one year, Renter Card(s) will expire in one year, and Renter(s) must pay the current rental fee to renew each one-year period.
- Only cash or check - no credit cards
If the Renter changes rental homes, with no time break between the two leases, an additional fee will be charged, up to but not to exceed the maximum rental fee ($200), regardless of the length of either lease, but not to exceed 12 months from the beginning of the first lease. A renter who has paid the maximum rental fee ($200), and changes rental homes with no time break between the two leases, will pay a Rental Card - Lease Transfer Fee of $20 per card, with the total rental period not to exceed 12 months from the beginning of the first lease.
With a Renter Card, the Renter may use both Fitness Centers, join clubs, buy tickets to events, and play golf at the resident rate.
The Renter Card fee is a use fee for our facilities and amenities. Renters are not "guests" of the homeowner and may not be signed up as a guest by a homeowner. If renters do not obtain a Renter Card at the Membership Desk, they do not have privileges to use our amenities other than playing golf at the public rate.
The Renter Card(s) will expire upon termination of the Lease, or one year, whichever is less.
