Can I still respond to Ask Us/Work Orders after they have been closed?Yes - you may submit any additional comments or questions to a service request after it has been closed. Please enter additional comments on the closed request or submit a new request on the website. Responding to a request via the email sent to you will not enter your request into the Ask Us/Work Order system.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, click the "Resident Login" button in the top right-hand corner of the page. This will take you to the Sign In/Register page. On this page, click the "forgot your password?" hyperlink. This will take you to a page that requests for you to enter your email. Type in the email you used to register for the website and click submit and you will receive an email to reset your password.
If you are already signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking your name on the black bar at the top of the page. Once a box pops up, select "My Account" and you can create a new password.
Where is the "Home" button?We no longer have this button. In order to return to the homepage of the website, click the "Sun City Grand" logo in the top left-hand corner of the browser. You may also click the back button on the browser if that is an easier option.
Am I still signed up for eNotifications (eBlasts)?
Yes! If you were previously signed up to receive eNotifications (eBlasts), your information has been transferred over to this server and you will continue to receive eNotifications for your selected categories. If you have not previously received eBlasts, and you wish to receive these emails, you will have to sign up to obtain emails.
You can sign up for or change eNotifications by logging into your account, clicking "eNotification Preferences", selecting the categories you wish to receive and press "Submit". You will know when the categories are selected because a gold star will appear on the envelope icon next to the category's name.
What are eNotifications?
eNotifications, formerly known as eBlasts, are emailed notifications that residents can sign up for to receive information and updates on the Grand Election Team, Grand Fitness, Grand Golf, Long Range Planning, Sun City Grand Activities and Events, and Sun City Grand Community News.
Residents can either sign up to receive notifications on individual categories or they can choose to receive emails from ALL of these categories.
I am finding too many results when I use the search bar. How do I filter out the unnecessary results?
When you are on the page that says Search in blue lettering, locate the “More Search Options” link above the “Filter by Content Type” drop-down menu (see image below).
This will allow you to search for the exact phrase instead of bringing up all documents that include at least one of the words you have typed in.
The Search Options also allows you to filter documents by their formatting. If you are looking for a PDF you can filter it by Adobe Acrobat (PDF). Once you have your options selected press “Search”.
What does the Search Feature do?
If you find yourself having trouble locating a document on the website the search feature is a great way to narrow down where the document may be located.

How do I find Meeting Agendas and Minutes?On the homepage, hover over the "Association" link on the main navigation menu and click the Board Committee that you would like to find Meeting Agendas and Minutes for, or you can click the "Board Committees" link. The Meeting Agendas and Minutes documents will be found under each available category.
When can I find out if my application has been approved or disapproved?
Come to the Standards office on Monday morning - if waiting isn't your thing, come on Tuesday or Wednesday. Please do not call ~ limited time and resources prohibit us from calling all the applicants every week.
