Why am I not receiving emails from Sun City Grand?

We do not remove anyone from our emailing list unless it has been requested, the email does not exist, or if the recipient filed a spam complaint. You may not be receiving our emails anymore due to one of the following:

You have not subscribed. Fill out the form from your Welcome Packet or subscribe by logging into your Suncitygrand.com account.

You unsubscribed. This could happen by mistake by accidentally clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of each of our emails. You can re-sign up on this page, in the Membership Office or by editing your eNotification preferences in your Suncitygrand.com account.

Your email was spelled incorrectly. If you believe this was the case, please contact communications@scgcam.com and we will investigate further.

You marked us as Spam. This could happen by mistake by clicking the “Mark as Spam” button on your email. If you believe you have marked our email as spam, check your spam folder and click the “Do Not Mark as Spam” button. If you do not have any of our emails or this did not work, please email communications@scgcam.com.
